So I was in the $25 plan for a year and this month November 24th I had my voucher of $40 (needed more data). I put in the phone and submitted the 12 digit PIN number of my $40 voucher but unfortunately, I didn't change my plan on my account (online)....
I have a receipt with the instant top up. I did it for the first time so what's next? My balance days it will expire tomorrow and doesn't recognize my payment
