OK apparently the number being transfered has to be active.. Rodgers has reactivated the number so it can be transfered to Public Mobile as per instructions of TIcket person (number works except could not accept incoming calls) Thanks....
Number shows... yesterday when we activated the old number it transfered no problem except Rodgers had cancelled it... So you could: get texts, call people and later we learned if you tried to call the number it said not assigned phone numberTicket...

does not seem to have activated card or account..this is my third sim for the family this is the only one we transfered a phone number for so not sure if that takes longer or payment is only payment page?
