OK apparently the number being transfered has to be active..   Rodgers has reactivated the number so it can be transfered to Public Mobile as per instructions of TIcket person (number works except could not accept incoming calls) Thanks....
stuck on the payment page waiting for new account payment...  been like 20 minutes HELP
