My phone was deactivated because I was on vacation and forgot to pay it.

I now paid my balance and my phone is still not activated, when will it be working again?

Sorry to hear you're having issues.  Now that the funds are in your account you will need to make a one time payment in-order to have your service restored.  You can also send the moderators a private message using this link: @CS_Agent, provide your name, account number and an explanation of what happened and they can reactivate your service as well.
