Payemnt Problem

Hi,

I Opted for a 40$ plan.I even opted for auto-payment.So  it means only 38$ should be debited from my account instead 42$ is debited.Please help.

@thottempudiakhi That is correct. The first payment is the total plan cost, but if you enabled autopay during activation, you will see the $2 credit in your account. On the next renewal, you will be charged $36+tax and then continued $38+tax.

Is this the first month of your plan? The $2 autopay credit will show up on the second payment.

No this is my third month.Auto-pay is on from first month.

Oh then, $42 is the total you were charged and that is probably correct ($38 + tax).
