I would like to get more involved in PM community, only 2 week old costumer, how can i get involved in these different areas. please let me know, thank you

@fdrcamb519 , Oracles are able to set up a signature that gets attached to all of our posts. I added this message because I would and still do get many private messages where customers think I am an employee of Public Mobile and have access to the system. They will send me so much private information like credit card number with security code and expiration date, name address birthdate. It was crazy what people send without verifying that itis the correct place to send that information.

When you ask a question if someone answers your question in a way that satisfies the question you have asked then you can click their response and say that it was the solution to your question. But, just randomly giving a solution to yourself is not good practice. partly because I think solutions are some of the things that help you get rewards for participating not in just quantity but quality.
I hope that makes sense.

@fdrcamb519 The Idea lab where you would get Ideas in that total is no longer around. The others aren't used. Don't worry about your stats, come in and help people. If you are overly concerned with your stats or how much rewards you have earned you won't enjoy it here as you are here for the wrong reason. Just help out and the rewards are a bonus!!

First step should be to review the service and try to understand it in depth. When a customer has questions, assist with answers.

When you step into the Public Mobile community you can scroll down to the bottom and answer any threads. I think that is how you get anything in those areas? I have not seen any area where I can get to a blog post, not sure if that option exists.

@fdrcamb519 everything there but your 18 solutions accepted are effectively ghosts on the board. They are left over from previous versions of PM and are no longer in use.

There is no blog feature. The only community is the various sections of the forum by making and replying to posts.
