I have unlimited free text message in my plan. Would I be able to receive unlimited international text messages when I am out of Canada

Depending where you are going. If it is in the USA, you will need to purchase Add-on.
Unlimited texting in USA for $8.
No you can’t text outside of Canada or USA.

No. Or unless you leave your sim in a phone and on in Canada and forward the texts to a voip app or something.
