Researching Internet providers I came across this web site: https://www.whistleout.ca/
Public Mobile is not even mentioned in any rating and particularly not in 'cheapest plan' selection.
Their favorite is Fido $15 plan with same features as PM's $15. But PM advantage is Points (not to mention old $ rewards) which will lower your bill in any case. Yes, if you really dig into their site you will eventually find PM...
Not to mention their ISP ratings; almost Every mentioned ISP's offer is introductory offer for a limited number of months and few small prints (equipment charge, activation, etc.) and then price goes to regular one which is usually double. And in some cases if you go to ISP web site their prices (with 'offers') are higher than on that site.
At the same token - WHAT ISP you guys (cable, Ontario) use?

Did you try the Planhub website for Canadian Cell plan comparisons?
The upfront cost is the price of the SIM.

@Yummy - I agree with you. I don't know why Fido is on higher the list, even though you rank up points on Public Mobile for add ons and possibly a month of double the data for $15/30days plan. I am with Telus PureFibre in Alberta and I know that it is Fibre Cable instead of Coax.
