Since switching to different carrier last month, unable to send messages to one group chat. Tried everything. Help. So frustrating. The chat link for support doesn’t help much

Leave the group chat and get invited again, that's what I did on my moto g 5g

Apologize on behalf of the above reply as it was simply WRONG . @Jules22 don't change your Apn, your data will not work if you did it. I hope the wrong info didnt hurt you

If you switched to a different carrier then you should contact that carrier for help. The APN is for existing PM members.

You may wish to check your APN settings.
You can try to adjust the APN Settings to see whether MMS messaging will work.

New Settings:
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
