Hi,
Just curious how many people play the hockey picks from Tim Horton's? I think its a great thing that they are doing. What I really like about it is that the program runs for the entire NHL season. Running now for about 3 years now I believe? I don't know much about hockey so I usually don't win but its a great way to rack up Tim points. I have had the 7 streaks in a row where I have received the free coffee for a week a few different times. (Just luck) not even looking at the large prizes. I'm not that lucky!!! I am hoping that McDonalds or another business will come up with something like that for basketball? What do you think?

You are absolutely 💯! I personally feel that ALL businesses with points/rewards spy on us! It's just that some are caught and some are not, not yet it's just a matter of time.
Remember what happened with a certain large grocery store a few years ago with the bread? If you wanted a $5 copun as part of the settlement they had to pay each customers, you had to sign a document. I didn't bother, $5 is not going to make me go broke. Then they have your info on file.
Unfortunately, there is not a lot of competition for each businesses so we have no choice but to shop there or use there services. I hope you will succeed.
So we just have to pick our posion 😔.

I refuse to ever be involved with anything Tim Horton's related again. Horrible coffee, incompetent service, plus being caught with what they were doing with the app and offering a donut to make up for spying on everyone, what a joke. The location closest to me refuse to carry maple dip and maple Canadian donuts. Talk about unCanadian. I've been, along with over 2 dozen of my co-workers have been boycotting Tim Horton's for over 3 years now. We prefer McDonald's coffee. Better service and not ONCE in 3 years have they got my order wrong!!

I’ve been doing the Hockey Challenge for a couple of years now. Won a free coffee once with 7 correct picks in a roll. I receive 25 points for picking the player that scored and once you have 1300 points…you can redeem for a free sandwich or wrap. Last year I redeem 2 sandwiches.
Note that your points will expire after 1 year.
McDonalds only offer the Big Mac deal on game day but they raised the price of the Big Mac from $3 to $4.

I do Tim Hortons picks as well, but not McDonald’s I dont follow hockey so I only pick players I know specifically or heard about.
