I love the idea of a price discount as we help each other figure out our issues, and/or solve them ourselves....Little bit disappointed on how many glitches n slow downs there seems to be in the actual process 🤔🤔

No "your call is important to us" waits.

No agents not knowing how to do things and keep putting you on hold.

No pants needed to go to a store 🙂

No open access by anyone without log in credentials.

@zazbot420 based on the title, I thought this thread was going in an entirely different direction, LOL.

To your actual topic though:  if you don't like a self-service service, why did you sign up for this one/why do you stay here?  I'm just curious.  Self-serve is the model here, for better or for worse.

I don't hate the self serve specifically.  I don't like the numerous bugs and pitfalls.  That combined with the current protracted moderator team response time can make for a nasty situation if you do ever get stuck.
