For the next 5ish days you get double the storage for the price which is extra nice.
On top of the Trade-in and Storage Bonus, as a first time purchase on Samsung.ca, you get a $50 discount and if you contact the Samsung Support Chat and tell them you want to order an S24 Ultra, they'll usually give you another $100 voucher to use at checkout.
