Plan changes

Do many people switch their plan frequently? I’ve always chosen a plan and just stick with it.

Yeah I changed a few times, just because my needs changed or better plans came out, it’s ridiculous easy and by what I’ve seen so far, there’s nothing hidden too

My cellphone usage has generally remained consistent. As a result, I haven't really had a need to constantly switch plans. I am also afraid that based on Public Mobile's new targeted cell phone plans, if I upgrade to a plan temporarily, I won't be able to downgrade in months ahead. Downgrading is really not customer-friendly with Public Mobile.

@Limac  Can’t speak for other but I can tell you for me I have changed plans quite a bit and will always change plans when I can have more data for same price or less
