Is it possible to actually talk with a human in this organization? I've spent almost one hour simply trying to find human assistance to discuss the bad connection, and proposed monthly increase.

You'll need to contact the company that is providing you service. Public Mobile is a seperate company from your landline provide and cannot assisst you with service issues that you're having there. Public Mobile could possibly offer you an alternative in the form of cellular communication services.

Home phone? landline? PM has only Mobile service. You have problem with your PM cellular service?

@Carriage284 I don't think you have the right provider if it's a regular phone/landline. Public Mobile is a prepaid cell phone provider (although a ZTE could be used with a sim card to make it a home phone like Koodo does).
What company are you with? Are you sure it's Public Mobile?

@Carriage284 Do you mind to share what the connection issue was? Was it not connecting well? If that is the case, what brand and model of your phone?
and what was the proposed monthly increase about?
