Well, this has nothing to do with Public Mobile service. If we start providing advises for all kind mobile stuff then PM support will lose.
Use search engine at your choice and look for answers on a Net.

@Mamie1 You have enabled Developer option on your phone
do this
Please follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings > Developer Options on your device.
Toggle Developer Options off.
If you can’t see the Developer Options menu:
Tap About Device.
Tap Build Number 7 times.
You'll see a prompt on the screen indicating developer options are enabled.
Tap the back arrow to navigate back to Settings.
Tap Developer Options > Toggle Developer Options off.
This will disable Developer Options on your device.
From there please open the Square Point of Sale app and try to connect your reader again.

I'm not sure why it's asking for developer option. That thing says it's bluetooth low energy (btle). Does your phone support btle?
Are you trying to connect to an idevice or android?
