No email/text Regarding rewards changes!

I just found out this morning about the reward change. I never received any emails (just doubled checked my spam folder) or text regarding it and noticed they added data bonus that already lost 15 days. I'm a bit frustrated there was no warning what so ever. After reading there's nothing to do regarding these changes but still absolutely frustrated by the poor communication of it.  Even my spouses plan never ha

You might have disabled all messages from Public Mobile..

It was announced about 4 weeks ago in the Announcements section. It stated that everyone would receive an individual email by March 8  then changed to March 12.

If  you didn't get one, use the chatbot to make a complaint to Public Mobile. Orange bubble bottom right.
