My services were disconnected because my card was expired on my account, so I switched it and made my payment. A few hours have passed and I still don't have access to internet (wifi on my phone and computer). Does anyone know how long it usually takes to reconnect?

Wifi is your home internet provider not Public Mobile. Arrange payment with whomever provides that service.

this is your home internet issue, not PM.
I would say, try reboot your home router and/or the home internet router. Call your internet provider

Calls work, mobile data works. My wifi internet on my computer and wifi on my phone aren't working 😞

does incoming and outgoing calls work?
Make sure you have mobile data turned on. And check if you have data limiter on, turn it off if so
