New Avatars.

Hey Public Mobile, you are always reminding us that it's time for something different.. your right, it is! Why don't you guys add some new Profile Picture Avatars to The Community?

It would be quite fitting with the New Update anyway, the current pixelated ones look outdated compared to the 'New & Improved' Website.

I would absolutely love new Avatars or even make to make the current ones more clear, it'd be a rather simple change to make wouldn't it?

I think it's time we turn the tables and start reminding Public Mobile that it's time for something different. 😄

i can see the possibility for danger, it could open up the door for scammers to pose as Support staff to trick customers into giving them personal information, i don’t think its a good idea for customized profile pics. maybe give us more options to pic from at best. maybe more pictures of Animals, Religious, and Spiritual symbols etc.

@Priority , YES! I have thought about that since day one & would love the option of using my own avatar from my device (always have with other Companies ) but I agree, only approved ones which unfortunately would take more of CS_Agents (I wouldn’t want Oracle's having to deal with it) time in doing so costing more of the company’s money! I also would never suggest the option of being allowed to add one without approval due to several Customers can not be trusted to be respectful when choosing them! Several can not even be respectful with the words they use let alone the usernames they choose so definitely not the avatars they choose! 😔

No, custom profile is ONLY for Oracles and CS agent

There was actually a member somehow tricked agent to help to update to a customized avatar , ended up with a big controversy

Even better yet, allow us to upload a Custom Profile Picture from our Camera Roll. 

Make an Oracle verify and approve it before it's officially uploaded to prevent spam and such.
