Hello Everyone,

 

I'm doing a case study on Public Mobile/Telecom customer experiences. Hoping to looking to you for some insight on the top customer experience issues that you have felt/seen within the community. Any and all insight, feedback and suggestions would be greatly appreciated it!

@computergeek541  I understand this and now that I've just caught up on the other discussion and the OPs inability to make the argument himself.....it does belong in the lounge. Enjoy my dissertation.

As this area is for customer and service issues I would think if you want responses they should be via Private message or I can move this thread to the lounge for free discussion
