Is that even possible? Is this another glitch in the system? I woke up in Toronto on April fools day to see that PM had simply outdone themselves, going above the mandated 25% cuts regulated by the CRTC. And even adding some 4g unthrottled plans. Thanks PM. Normally, I would be crying foul, but given the present situation, and strain on the current capacity. I'm going to ask PM, and I hope that you all join with me to hold off on launching them until we are over this current situation.
