If your in the Ottawa or surrounding areas in Eastern Ontario then Gabriel Pizza is the best bet always! It is a chain of restaurants but is definitely not crappy like Pizza Pizza or whatever.

One of the best places here in Toronto area has gotta be FBI pizza.

I like Famoso pizza, especially when adding a sunny side up egg on it, here's a picture from yelp:

I like thin crust like Famoso, but if thick I like chicago deep dish in okotoks.
