Heard this the other day... Still surprising actually... Bell should and would probably still be the worst, if they had a huge customer base... I think enough of the population has wised up to their overall bs customer service that they simply don't have enough cellular customers left to make a dent in the competing complaints market...

To be fair, all companies have cut costs, customer service surfers first usually... All cell service providers are 1/2 hr wait on a call for help... That's what matures Public Mobile a win... Just wait for a message/email back, someone will take care of you.

@Sansan , it isn't surprising that Telus is #1, Bell is #2 / 3, and Rogers is #3 / 2, Rogers / Bell have bad customer service. Public Mobile and Telus family in general, has a way better customer happiness than Bell (Virgin Plus, Lucky Mobile) and Rogers (Fido, Chatr). I have only been with Virgin, Public, and Telus, here are my experiences with them.

Virgin Plus (Bell) Has bad customer service, they won't let me get a plan that I got a text from.

Telus was when it was an awesome experience. Telus worked me through getting a new phone number and activating the SIM card into a phone.

I've had Public Mobile twice. The first time it was because I needed data, because I got a talk and text plan with Telus, and I loved having data (1GB $25 plan from 2021.) I then moved back to Public Mobile later and they've been fantastic! Way better Customer service agents (About the same awesomeness as Telus) and the added benefit that I won't have to speak to a person that won't let me get a plan that I got a text offer for on the same day.

The grass always looks greener on the other side...
