Hi there, im locked out of my self serve account and i only did one try... I need to change the billing information because right now i have no plan on it.

@wwong57 - I am sure the Moderator_Team will fix you up, just wait on the response from the ticket you submitted.
If you haven't heard from them in 24-48 hours send another.

@wwong57 you'll have to contact the moderators to investigate your account via private message.
These forums are just public mobile customers like you. Only Moderators who work for Public Mobile have access to your account.

The only time your account gets closed and deleted is if you did not make a payment in 90 days after an account falls into suspended status for non payment at renewal time. Once Suspended if no activity is on account in 90 days then it's deleted.

@wwong57 yes the chat bot is difficult at times.
Private message your best option and actually your only option as the chat bot needs access to your self serve account.

They will get back to. Keep an eye out on your envelope for your inbox on the top right of the forums that is where they will respond.

@wwong57 hello it sounds to me like your account is closed has it been more than 90 days suspended?

hi guys, yes i tried the forget my pass but it says im locked out and i need to message someone.
The chat bot is useless - it says i tried logging in five times and to wait an hour - but i only attempted to log in once.
I've sent a message to the moderators - hopefully it can help

Likely forgot password will not work but you can try.

If it fails you will need moderators assistance. Two ways to reach them.
1-
However in this case you can't use this option as you need to log into your self serve account. So follow number 2
