Expired referral promotion is showing again in self serve

As of about 12 hours ago, self serve is showing the $25/$25 referral credit bonus ... but it says right on it EXPIRED AUGUST 9..

Whats going on? Did public mobile bring this back but forget to change the dates?

It's likely a glitch.  I would go by what is announced.

It was gone since the promotion expired and its shown the new "only the referred gets a $10 credit". It "came back" and overwrote the latest $10 promotion about 12 hours ago.

It's been showing for me for at least a few days now, I was wondering too if it was a glitch or if maybe the promo is coming back!
