I recently asked about porting in a second line to my PM account and was surprised to discover this isn't supported. Apparently I'm not the first to ask for this either, however it was suggested that I post this here for consideration.
OK, Given that PM is currently in "beta" mode and what I'm asking for seems to be "untested", I'm going to volunteer myself as the guineau pig. Will reach out to PM via email to see how I can "bridge" two accounts under one name. I already have a second PM SIM ready to go, so no delay on my end but will wait for email response from PM support prior to initiating port-in .
I don't think that putting two on one account is up to pm as I think @David explained earleir its the system they use. U can def have as many sims as you want but each one has to be different emails.
Thanks - the web client they are using seems to be built to accommodate multiple accounts (via drop-down), however you might be right in that their back-end system may not support multiple accounts under one email - doesn't hurt to ask.
I'm willing to test out this feature, at the very least for the sake of the "beta" program. 🙂
@pav sorry but they can't do it as u as a guinea pig even if they wanted it. I tried making my email the same on pm and koodo and I couldnt see one only the other. I had to go in and switch emails for the one I could get into to fix the other if that makes sense l. Again it's the old system they use. You can ask but you will get the same answer :).
