Simplify the Purchasing of Add-Ons to be MORE User-Friendly

The 2-Stage process to Buy Add-Ons is kinda awkward, and some PPL have been confused

WHY NOT PM make the Purchasing Simple, WHEN using CC, 1-Step, NOT 2-Step

I agree this is confusing. Like others have said, if it hadn't been for reading some posts here I would have assumed the initial "purchase" meant I had not just topped up the account but also added the add-on. In the interim, why not add a notice somewhere indicating that add ons must have sufficient balance before activating.
