Simple Written Instructions/Guide for signing up or porting over to PublciMobile

Wanted to suggest if there could be a simple guide for signing up with/or porting over to PublicMobile ?   Maybe apply this with all instructions? I think it would help with the some of the issues.  An example below:

1) ensure your phone is unlocked !

2) ensure your phone is compatible with PublicMobile (provide links to tools)

2) order SIM only from PublicMobile (have a clearly stated time for delivery - not 3-7 days)

3) activate SIM and plan first (do not port # right away - if there are issues you are not left without service)

4) ensure everything is working for at least a week (maybe 2) then port over 

5) enjoy your service, any issue contact mods (provide a link to mods)

Hoping this will help allieviate some of the issues.

Some of the oracles have written up some pretty comprehensive responses to customer questions on these topics.  It should be in Public Mobile's court to sift through some of the past threads, extract all the good information and stickie them into the forums.

Or better yet in  pop up during the signup process or a FAQ.  The forums are great for the people doing their reserch, but many people come to the forums after they have an issue.

That's my beef... those who don't research before taking a leap.  Maybe because I'm technical, and I often read the instruction manual for almost everything (really... I do), but I'm amazed at how many folks do not research when they start looking at Public Mobile.
