Reward Dollars for Plan Features

Hi PM,   How about giving customers the option of using their reward dollars ($) for permanent plan features? For example, Canada wide calling could equal 2 or 3 referral dollars. This could be a win for the customers and a win for PM.  More features for the customer and more money collected by PM.

Yes, a customer can leave at anytime.  Koodo gives a $25 reward to the new and existing customer. Koodo's new customer can leave too.  

The reward dollars can be from Autopay, Loyalty, Referrals or even the Community rewards?  Extra features do not cost PM more money.

$8 = 200 long distance minutes

So to get the add on for free, you need a top5% badge + autopay every month

(assuming you use more than 200 minutes every 90 days)

Same forumla would offer a discount on the 400 (or more if needed) minute bundles
