Here's an Idea that I believe should be taken much more seriously.

When it comes to buying your new Handset, PPL have such a tough time in places to buy.

Carrier stores Don't sell directly to Public base, just clientele of Their Respective carrier, like Koodo/Telus, Bell/Virgin, Rogers/Fido.

Walmart, Future Shop/Best Buy have Carrier Contracts and Clauses that prevent them from selling handsets, Moto G LTE, Nexus 4/5/6, Moto X 2nd Gen, Alcatel Icon Pop +, ZTE Grand X + for example, and Walmart, Future Shop/Best Buy Prepaid selection for general Public is almost like leftovers, hardly any Meat on the Bone.

If Public Mobile is creating a Super Duper, Data Charged, LTE, All services thingy, a Handset must be built to accommodate the mission ahead. Prepaid Phones don't 100% have impressive spects to muster out the duties we expect. And if we wanted a Moto X 2 Gen, Nexus 6, Etc, places where we as non clients of Telus Mobility, or ZTE Grand X +, Rogers, well how and where do we go to buy our dream phones is really something that should be addressed, Either Directly from Manufacturer, online, Whatever sources available.

@makkahn28 Have you ever looked into the Oneplus One? Sometimes it requires an invite to buy but it's a very high-end android device that comes unlocked, it'll run around $520 to have shipped to Canada though. https://oneplus.net/

I believe Meizu will also ship to Canada, and they sell high quality unlocked android phones too. http://www.meizumart.com/

I will definitely look into it. One + one, I have some reservations about it. What bout ZTE?

The Co. That Created Ol Public Mobile CDMA G Band Network? Heard they're not all that bad. Apple isn't my forte, or Samsung. BB, maybe

@makkahn28 The only ZTE devices I know of are sold at Bell and it's subsidiaries. You can get the Grand X through Virgin Mobile for $150 but then would have to pay to have it unlocked.

I personally would go with Motorola over ZTE, stock android, well received products, and you can get the first and second gen versions of the Moto G unlocked through Staples as well as the Moto E.

@Martin on OnePlus One's site it actually says they're going to be selling the phones without invite on February 17th at 12:00AM PST (which if I'm converting this right is like 3AM UTC [Eastern Time Zone])

If that's correct, makkahn28 can order in 65 minutes.

@Martin

Looks like I was right. OnePlus One's site is currently letting people buy the device without an invite.
