Keep the Public Lap. It is a valuable source of ideas and of customer concerns and values. Not being able to address them immediately is no reason to ignore them completely.
They don't let us delete comments or posts but they are going to delete a whole section of the community full of posts and comments. Seems a little hypocritical.
Taking away Public Lab is taking away a part of the community to give feedback and ideas on making Public Mobile better. Making Public Mobile better being on of the primary goals of the community. Taking way the Lab make it more of just away to cheap out on customer service (including such things as call centers).
I am sure something more practical will replace it in due time. The labs concept remains viable even if the current implementation is less than adequate.
