How about some help or customer service?!?!?

I've been trying to switch over completely to PM for a week but my PM SIM doesn't recieve calls or voicemails or texts. Data works but that's it. If I don't get this sorted in the next four days I have to pay for two phone bills and I'm getting sick of switching Sim card a out and missing all my calls. Need some help @Mary_M or any other Mods!! Please contact me.

Does self serve work for you? If so, log in to see if calling and texting are part of your plan. If not, you'll be able to select them.

My plan should include phone and text but they aren't working yet. I realize I should have got a new phone number but I guess the port isn't working properly from what I've read. Sounds like most people's porting problems have been solved in a matter or days but I haven't been helped yet. Hopefully soon!!!

Sent messages everyday for the last few days. Last one was I sent was this morningNothing back yet.

You'll have to be patient, you've done the right thing by sending the message. They have a huge backlog at the moment. You could also try twitter and facebook support in the morning

@Oceanmaster you do understand sending messages "everyday" in your words actually makes the queue worse?

If there is a new developement or a secondary issue send an update

But just spamming them (esp when it seems system is crashed) doesn't help you

Normally hours, lately could be a week. I know it sucks and it's terrible.
