I love that they post in advance when a system maintenance is going to take place.

I would also love a bug fix report after the maintenance is complete.

 

IE: this is what we did during the maintenance window, we introduced a new plan, and fixed 

Bug A....no longer flies around your head 5 times before landing

Bug B....Just plain works now

Bug C.... Gone....finito....zip zzzzz

 

Thoughts?

Thanks for the idea- I really like this concept of keeping everyone in the loop, so will share with the team and let you know what we decide. While we may not be able to share all details, I agree that even high-level information would be super useful.

Thank you so much for the consideration of this idea!  That is awesome to hear!  I agree, even a high level of information would be useful to the end users.  At my work, we offer a high level overview for users.  Sometimes details just confuse people, however in a "community environment", sometimes details can help in the discussion or filtering of suggestions out.  Depends how you want to run with it of course 🙂  I'd take either or!
