It would be nice if Public Mobile would add rates for longer then 10 days. I have family members who travel for work and to visit family who would be there 2 weeks. They would switch if PM had more then 10 days. Maybe add a plan similar to parent company Telus where US roaming is covered in plan. I'd be willing to pay a bit more if it was offered.

Firstly, I would like to thank PM for having US roaming at all.

I agree there could be more options, but I don't think the Telus model will work, as this is prepaid. But I do think they could introduce the format that it used by Koodo prepaid. You buy a data block, or minutes, or text block, and they don't expire until you use up the block. So instead of being time based (10 days) they are usage based. So you could set this all up well in advance of your planned trip making sure it was all set and ready to go. And you should be able to stack a few boosters on top of each other.

U.S. Roaming Data Booster Add-ons7

$20500 MB
$550 MB

U.S. Roaming Talk Booster Add-ons7

$20250 mins
$525 mins

U.S. Roaming Text Booster Add-ons8

$201000 texts

Canada-wide and U.S. Roaming Booster add-ons don't expire if account is active. Booster add-ons are available for use only when there is a non-expired base plan on the account. Booster add-ons will be removed from the account upon account deactivation. Anytime minutes are charged by the minute and the airtime required to connect your calls is drawn from the included minutes.

I think smp99's suggestion is a great idea, it's similar to the already available long distance booster.

It would be nice that if we pay a fix fee to use unlimted data , it cost a lot of usage for me just to gps for roadtrip.

@jt17g, if you use google maps for gps, you can save maps on your device and not use data for up to 30 days at a time.
