Something which is surprising is that Public currently has no online bill (or even download PDF version). Many people require info from bills such as HST details (even if prepay service, PM still collects taxes) and some basic use info (eg if on 90 day plan even a simple summary of 500MB used, 1.5GB remaining, 200 long distance minute booster remaining).
