SECOND IDEA: USE DIRECT E-TRANSFER PAY THE ACCOUNT. NO NEED TO WORRY TO PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME, NO NEED TO SET UP CREDIT CARD AND AUTO PAYMENT STRAIGHT FROM THE BANK. 

THIRD: SET UP AUTOMATIC PAYMENT WITH OUR BANKING TO PAY PUBLIC MOBILE CELL BILLS, USING ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PHONE NUMBER SET-UPS.  GIVE US MORE SELECTIONS NOT HASSLE TO MAKE PROPER PAYMENTS ON TIME.

Modification of idea 1:. Longer expiry, no expiry is insecure.

I like the automatic bank payments but still prefer to pay with my credit card. I get points. 🙂

Today's my auto-renewal date and I'm hoping that my bill will be paid with Virtual Visa Debit.

This way I don't have to set it up as a direct-deposit pre-authorized from bank (much less paperwork involved than with that).

Hopefully it goes through no hassle tonight. 

But something like that would solve the impetus behind OP's Second Idea an dpossibly Thrid Idea (struggling with OP's word choices, not certain exactly what he means). Also, totes agreed on the passwod email link expiry being too short.
