When I heard how PM does their Province-Wide Calls when outside Home Province, I was completely stunned, shocked, a bit disgusted. Nothing personal, just feeling that PM needs to fix this issue before its too late.
PM should have done it where if your # was ONT, and You go to Quebec, You should receive your Incoming ONT calls while needing a Long-Distance Add-On for any Out or any other Prov incoming call.
That should have been the policy honestly.
Also, PM should have a option, where if you are on a Prov Plan and out of Home Prov, having an option to add 10 Important Contacts that you can call back at no additional fee if outside Home Prov.
That is essential to some peace of mind
