Help! Cannot call in or out

An attempt to make a call today results in a message that I don't have calling in my plan.  My account is on auto-pay and is currently paid up with the next round not due until December.  It was working fine on Thursday (today is Saturday).  How can I get this resoved?

Glad you got it working without extra support! Must have been a temporary error or something.

I hope everything goes well for you because it was just weird that happened. i would suggest turning your phone off and taking the sim card for a couple minutes.

How long was it not allowing calls, and did it block any other services?

OK, well, that is weird...

 

I confirmed that there was a good signal and I had even tried rebooting the phone and got the same message.  But now it seems to be working again!!  So I will guess that it was just some work going on in the network or the like.  My appologies for the seemingly false alarm.
