One of incentives provided was PM was going to provide one month free. Last couple of days I wasn't able to finish my sign in until today. I'm in the website now looking at my account and see I have to pay Oct 21st, it should be Nov 21st for the month free?

@skegr there was no email. There was, however, a confirmation message on the screen when you enter your email address.
So if the store did it correct. They would have went to the promotion link to enter your email address. When they hit submit the next screen would have been the confirmation. Something like "Thanks for registering your email is eligible for the promotion".
No physical email would have been sent to your email address.
So as long as the store did in fact enter your email on the flash sale link for 2nd 30 days free. You're all set!.

I don't believe I received this email confirmation. This was set with the vendor when buying the SIM and creating the account on the 21st.

Welcome to PM. That incentive takes time to be credited to your account so wait until October 10th or so provided you followed all the steps correctly.

As per the terms of the promotion people have till October 2nd to activate. If you entered your email on the promo link during the period of the flash sale. The terms says credit will be applied within 30 business days but before next renewal.
Since the promotion ends October 2nd for people to activate credits will only start to be applied after that date. Check your account around the 10th or later for the credit to be applied.
