Je viens d'acheter une option pour téléphoner en France : 300 minutes d’interurbain outre-mer (15$).

Cependant je remarque qu'il y a aussi cette offre qui n'est pas listée dans les options :

Pays inclus dans Offre d'une durée limitée: 0$ 500 min. Interurbains Intl (incl CA & ÉU) : Allemagne, Canada, Chine, Corée du Sud, Espagne, États-Unis, Grèce, France, Hong Kong, Inde, Italie, Malaisie, Mexique, Pologne, Porto Rico, Portugal, Royaume-Uni, Singapour, Thaïlande et Venezuela.

Pouvez-vous m'aider à en bénéficier ?

Si c'est le cas, c'est du dernier cadeau de Noël de PM. Si vous ne l'avez pas prétendu avant, ce n'est plus

Ok. Alors pourquoi est il encore affiché dans l'onglet OPTION ?

Quand une promotion n'est plus valide, il faut la retirer.

Je pense qu'ils sont là juste pour rappeler aux personnes qui ont obtenu ce billet de faveur les pays inclus dans l'offre de 500 minutes.

Je pense que PM devrait indiquer que l'offre n'est plus d'actualité.

Le descriptif d'une offre achetée se trouve dans le compte de l'acheteur.

Where did you see it? If it shows up in your list of add-ons it means you have it. Did you get assistance signing up? If was an option to buy for 0$ during signup and it's possible that the clerk in store or your friend applied it at that point. It's not very likely it still shows up in the list of available add-ons to purchase, if it does try using it definitely

Still thinking that if an option-promotion is not valid anymore, it should not appear anymore.

@SamS7 this is actually like small print since that add-on doesn't match any of of offered addons (usa or even Canada are not included anymore)

This is not the first date long distance or data add-on that we receive.

We get minutes every year since i migrated to Publicmobile, and data came about twice per year. The first time it was applied to everybody active on and after certain date but the rest of them we had to purchase for $0. Both times minutes came around winter holidays and data would show up with the minutes and also late spring or summer. I suggest you make her a habit to stop by every month and check if there are any offerings. 

They also have sweepstakes where they offer free data, Amazon gift cards free 6 months or even a year of service. It did slow down with corona measures but it may be back as the situation stabilizes
