I opened an account 4 days ago. I have the app, waiting for the sim card. It came, I tried logging into the app to activate the sim card, but seems to be in a loop, and cannot log in no matter how many times I change the password.

Anu help would be appreciated as I must switch accounts and cannot understand why this is so difficult.
