phone number swap koodoo

Hello, I was setting up my account for the first time and noticed the message to come to the forums if I wish to change my phone number. Since this was a former koodoo account or something along those lines... Anyways, the phone number I would like is REMOVED. My Koodoo account number is xxxxxxxx. The name under it is xxxxxxxxxx. Any help is greatly appreciated!

@Allen1337  Welcome to Public Mobile!

First off, I would remove your Koodo info as this is a community forum so anyone can see it.

Second, if you are porting from a Koodo Postpaid account, you can port it yourself from Self-Serve. If you are prepaid, you can contact the moderators and give them your Koodo account info.
