i cant find my account

i recently switched over to public, and added money onto the account though a store, and the store nor myself can find the account or are we able to sign into the account to switch or top up

Hi There,

 

Have you tried calling them using your phone number and dialing 611 ?  I believe you may get the information you are missing by answerign soem security question. It happened that TELUS called me as they made a mistake in my phone number and fixed it right away.
