Hi

I just paid $15 to activate my Sim Card for the next month.

But it is not working now!

Please help me have it fixed as soon as possible.

Hello @SeyedZia ,

 

Is there a Reactivate or Resume button on your Self Serve account you can select?

If so, select that. Then reboot your phone.

 

If that does not work, try topping up your account with $1, this sometimes triggers the account to reactivate.

 

If you account status shows ACTIVE already, then try:

  • removing your SIM, then reinserting it.
  • toggling into airplane mode than back again to regular mode
  • RESET your Network Settings

@SeyedZia   did you check if PM charged your credit card?

 

did you pick a new number or you request to port number from your old provider?

 

when did you activate the line?  did you reboot your phone?  Try to reboot once more. Then try to make an outgoing call.
