when I tried to redeem some points, it showed wrong email address to confirm request. How do I correct that?

The profile email is correct, even though wrong email shown when confirming redeeming points. I confirmed anyway and received confirming email, so there is some display issue.

Once you are login to your account. Go to Manage Login (Secure by EverSafe) then click on pen icon right of your email address and change.

Try again using browser with incognito mode
Or login My Account to confirm the email address is correct there
