wrong email address

when I tried to redeem some points, it showed wrong email address to confirm request. How do I correct that?

The profile email is correct, even though wrong email shown when confirming redeeming points. I confirmed anyway and received confirming email, so there is some display issue.

Here’s how to find Manage Login (also called Manage EverSafe ID) on your Public Mobile account:

Via My Account:

  1. Log in to My Account: Visit https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca
  2. Go to Profile: Click on the Profile tab in your account.
  3. Select Manage EverSafe ID: This is where you can manage your login credentials, including your email, password, and registered phone number.

Once you are login to your account. Go to Manage Login (Secure by EverSafe) then click on pen icon right of your email address and change.

Try again using browser with incognito mode 

Or login My Account to confirm the email address is correct there
