so i changed my plan and paid for it and now all i have is text!!! i cant call anyone just text!!!! i am so frustrated and angry! now it keeps says my account is suspened

If your close to a mall you can visit a kiosk that offers PM services and they can check it quicker for you. that’s what I would do.

@Jonny12345 If you are using an iPhone then that is the reason you can still send texts using you WiFi.
If your account is suspended then submit a ticket to PM explain what happened and ask them to investigate.

@Jonny12345 unfortunately when you change plans you should always have the amount of the plan present, in your "available funds"
contact customer support mods to reset your account
click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

Please try restarting your phone.
What does the recording say when you call 611?
What happens when you try to call someone? Do you hear a recording? What is the message?
Are you able to send texts? Or are you only receiving them?
It's possible you attempted a plan change on the same evening of your plan renewal.
In this case, you'll need to contact moderators for help.
