Go through all your email accounts and check for the PM welcome email after your activation.
If you forgot the password, you can use the password reset link on the login page.
I tested the password reset link couple hours ago and receive the PM reset password email within 1 minute.
You can also contact moderator to get your email address used during activation.
Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

Check inbox of all your emails. You should have received the Welcome email when you activated. Whichever email has it, thats the email you used.
Another way is to enter your email on the forgot password tool. Whichever email is accepted and asks you for the answer to security question is the email you used.

In a meantime try to locate welcome message that contains receipt for your first cycle. It is not welcome message from the community
Mine had the subject "Your Public Mobile Activation Details" and was sent from "
Every bodytalk • public-mobile-notifications@publicmobile.ca"

@anitalau You would have to contact the moderators. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)
