Hi There:
Managed to unsubscript one day before the new bill circle starts, and confirmed it was successful from app showing as below:
Subscription Renewal (Unsubscribed)
Subscription ending on Dec 19, 2024
But when I double checked status today, the subscription got renewed again to the new bill circle showing as below:
Current Subscription Cycle: Dec 19, 2024 - Jan 18, 2025
Why that happens unexpected? Why the app unable to do the unsubscription successfully? pls solve the issue ASAP and give a proper solution!

are you sure you disable it properly? My Account >> Payment >> Manage Subscription , then disable subscribed. Check again and disable it if it shows enabled
of course, you can also ask support and see if they can do anything for the last renewal payment. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@hohsu If you unsubscribed yesterday, perhaps it was not enough time for the system to recognize it (even though you got confirmation). I suggest reaching out to a CS_agent to look into it for you. Use the orange chat bubble on the bottom right to start the conversation. Good Luck
