At September, I was being charged for $30 since I was not in Canada. And I get a $30 credit back for next purchase. Also, I delete my pay card and the auto payment to avoid another charge. But today, when I wanna check for plans and renewal, I found that this system was automatically use my $30 credit for another month. I wasn’t use anything on this month too cuz I’m not in Canada at October . I just want to get back the $30 credit for December.

Thanks for helping! I asked them for the refund but they said it’s a one time exception and I can’t get the credit back

Strange that you were charge when you disabled Subscribe (AutoPay) and removed your payment card.

Contact a CS_Agent to see investigate the charges and for a refund.

The customer has stated that there was enough credit in the account for a renewal.  Disabling autopay does not disable renewals.  Disabling autopay only disables charges to the credit cart card, and the payment system is operating as intended.
