I typed in the wrong email address at start up.  How do I fix this.

Also I was in the addres entering info  (name dod etc) and the it sends a text verifacation code, how do I transfer to text message and back, with out loosing all the info.?

1 - If you already activated with Public Mobile and you need to change your email your SELF SERVE account is connected to then you need to have a moderator change that for you.

 

To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:

A -  Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right hand side of your screen to talk to SIMon the chat bot or link:

2 - Are you able to able to open multiple tabs on your phone.

Using multi-window directly from the home screen
  1. Tap the square button (recent apps)
  2. Tap and drag one of the apps to the top of your screen.
  3. Choose the second app you want to open.
  4. Long press on it to fill the second part of the screen.

Phones and computers multi-task. Just go to the other task and back.

But isn't the verification code used for in-store activations? Are you activating or just setting up the self-serve after activating in-store?
