trying to reactivate my account

Hi There!

 

I'm trying to reactivate my public mobile account, which I suspended in April. It doesn't seem to want to let me do that...

@Janine_MacLeod, were you able to re-activate your plan and account? If so, which method worked for you.

If possible, if your account is activated, please close this message by choosing a post that helped you accurately accomplished your goal!

Thanks so much everyone!

@Janine_MacLeod if lost/ stolen was used, take it off first. Then you may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and  amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or Using 611 to make your payment: ( you need your 4 digit pin to buy an add on)
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.

@Janine_MacLeod have you tried disabling the lost/stolen feature?

 

if it's disabled, try manually adding funds to your account, then try clicking the reactivate button

@Janine_MacLeod, you should be able to activate your account by going to your self-serve:

If not, you might need to contact the moderator.

 

Two methods to contact a moderator:

 

  1. Ticketing system. Ask SIMon. This is the preferred method as it is supposed to be the fastest method on earth!

  2. Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of the website to start the ticketing process to contact the moderator or click on this link, to take you to the SIMon too chat. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
