I have issues every time I sign in. What is and where do I find and change my username?

Why does it only ask to change your password when I click on "forgot my username"?

Why is the page not loading?

Why will public mobile never call me to talk?

@Michael_West This is easy peasy. I did this recently. Follow the directions from @computergeek541 and the moderators will change the user name.

Sorry, but Public Mobile does not provide customer service over the phone.

 

Customers cannot change the self serve username without the help of a moderator. For help with self serve account access, open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot and then type in "forgot security question answer".
